Mada: Fat Graft & Rhinoplasty with MyVenus & Banobagi Clinic

Before Surgery
Two days before the surgery, Mada came to Banobagi Clinic for a medical check-up and the first consultation with the doctor!
First Consultation
In the first consultation, Mada naturally expressed beauty concerns regarding the nose. The doctor's solution for Mada's nose was to reduce the size of Mada's alar/nostril and narrow the nostrils so they look symmetrical.
For Mada's fat graft procedure, the forehead will be filled to make it more voluminous and balanced. The area under Mada's eyes had previously been filled with filler, and under the light, the filler was visible and slightly translucent. The doctor recommended dissolving the filler under Mada's eyes and filling it with fat from the fat graft. Of course, the doctor also asked if Mada had any objections to the procedures to be performed.

Surgery D-Day
On the day of the surgery, we met up again with Mada, who was nervous but very curious about the final results of the surgery!
Pre-Surgery Design
Before the surgery, we will definitely have a consultation with the operating surgeon, just like Mada did. In this second consultation, the desired results will be rechecked, and the procedures to be performed will be explained. Of course, the initial design will be made during this second consultation. Our faces will be marked to design the parts that need surgery.
Now, it's time for Mada's 3-hour surgery!
1-2 hours post-surgery
1-2 hours after the surgery, Mada was still weak from the anesthesia but was already able to joke around! According to Mada, it didn't really hurt that much, there was just some discomfort. Don't worry, this discomfort is perfectly normal! Aside from that discomfort, due to the anesthesia, Mada also still felt a bit groggy. But that's fine, as we always say, feeling groggy and weak due to anesthesia is a common thing to happen!
Post-Surgery
Day 1 Post-Surgery
On Day 1, Mada had a little bit of pain but was still able to walk around and look for food. For Mada, what made it uncomfortable on this first day was that Mada couldn't breathe freely because of the packing cotton stuffing the nose, so Mada still had to breathe through the mouth. But Mada was absolutely amazed by the surgical results because there was no bruising at all on the face! Moreover, the fat graft scars on Mada's face were so tiny they were almost invisible, so Mada really loved it.
Day 3 Post-Surgery
On Day 3, Mada came to Banobagi Clinic to have the packing gauze inside the nose removed. According to Mada, this process was uncomfortable because pulling out the gauze that was deep inside the nose felt quite intense. Afterward, Mada only needed to be careful when cleaning the nose with cotton buds and alcohol to keep the wounds and stitches inside the nose clean. Other than that, Mada only felt some swelling in the nose.
Day 7 Post-Surgery
On Day 7, Mada returned to Banobagi Clinic to have the stitches inside the nose removed. Before the stitches were removed, Mada also underwent therapies tailored to the post-surgery condition. These included Oxygen Therapy to improve blood circulation and Smart Lux to speed up the reduction of swelling on Mada's nose. After that, the doctor visited Mada again for the final consultation and to check the condition of the nose. According to the doctor, the scars on Mada's nose won't be very visible later. Wow, isn't that great?
